Taking the lead character of a rich and bratty high school girl in the movie Clueless paved the way to recognition and stardom for the Sexiest Female Vegetarian of 2004, Alicia Silverstone. It may have been a good start for some, but not for this San Francisco, California local. After the great success of the said teeny-bopper film, her shining glory as an actress didn't move forward as expected. The only shine left of her good acting career is the neon-colored wardrobe Cher Horowitz (her role in Clueless) wears in the memories of some.

Silverstone did make movies after that film, but instead of gathering praises for her acting, she had criticisms instead. The worst part of it, she was even awarded a "Worst Supporting Actress" title by Razzie Award after doing Batman and Robin in 1997.

After that, Silverstone tried to test the waters, which later on led her to the path of doing theater and television series acts. At that point, she had her chance to redeem herself when she earned a Golden Globe nomination for her role in the television series Miss Match.
